I think detoxification is a good route to go, often the healing happens in the body by itself, doctors only aid recovery.

(I have smokers in the family, and they watch people fall to it, and it does not register with them, painful to see).

I talked with a friend last week who has throat cancer. The doctors here wanted to cut it out and give him a voice box. He went to a hospital in Mexico and has been on high doses of vitamins and very low doses of Chemo. He thinks he is cured & will be home this week.

My thoughts & prayers are with you.

22 years ago I had the Big C !!! Done the Chemo, imo it takes couple of years to get that out of your system...

Zeev, you're in our prayers and thoughts...and I hope you will be comforted by the support of all wishing you complete recovery....my wife has a milder form of cancer that at least so far does not require treatment other than removing tumors as they appear. We're hopeful she won't get anymore but understand the possibility they may not only return but also mutate to a more aggressive cancer...all the best! tuna

As one who has lurked from a distance, let me add briefly that I join in prayer for your complete and total recovery. To so many, you have been an inspiration. Your message is also a gift to us, your readers. You continue to be that inspiration as so many will also take your path over the next few years. I hope that others perhaps will start a "treatment vs. alternative treatment" board somewhere, to add their own experiences and knowledge, as so much is guess work and in need of coordination as a resource.

Zeev, I had bladder cancer when I was 22. The prognosis was very bleak. But 32 years later I survived (and thrived) without a recurrence and the same can happen to you.

Zeev, I stumbled on this post and wanted to add my heartfelt encouragement. From past experience in my family I can tell you that cancer is very scared of a positive attitude. It absolutely can be beaten. A lady I work with just beat it and she had a stage III.
