I can hear them now: "When is the share price going to be .50?"; "Why does the share price go down everytime you do a press release?"; "Are you a scam?"
If you were a CEO of a company and you were being merged, your suiter would be aware of some of these calls by virtue of the negotiation process or a casual gathering. Put yourself in the suiters' shoes. What would you do if you found out the the bulk shareholders of the company you were merging with made calls like this?
