FOLKS HAVE MADE made the suggestion, based on suspension, others have also chimed that way on suspicion. I asked larry what happened as a result of the suspension and he said eqbm not signed at this time ONLY SOMA as a result of suspension. Since then it seems to be a consensus among other posters who have received comments from larry that they are waiting for the sec before moving forward with eqbm and or the dalian pr and /or both, SO THAT SEEMS TO SUGGEST NOTHING HAS CHANGED, EXCEPT READING JR'S POST IT SEEMS SOMETHING IS COMPLETED BUT i DONT KNOW i WOULD THINK STATUS QUO REMAINS .
I cannot comment further as communication was never AS good AS GREAT between us and has broken down alltogether since that very day, I asked him to update us in an email or pr, and he said he would, but never did. Mind you i have not called him back nor will I. I was not impressed with his handling of much of anything I sent his way in the topic of shareholder questions or the like.
Understand he can say whatever he wants about us ihubbers, thats fine but when I get told on the telephone that an explanation of this or that will be sent to me, then it is not followed through on via email telephone or press release, but in fact by no means necessary, well then I draw the line right there. communicate or fek off.
or just tell me no...i cant answer that it is against the rules...thats an answer i can understand!

It is like i said, an understandable predicament he is in, totally, but just as others have mentioned, fill us in on where we are...not this bullcrap ...everything is doing well??
