I think it is a very bad idea. EQBM should continue to trade here. Larry should take this back to pinksheets and Larry should give a good part of Dallian to EQBM. That is my final stance and only position.

Without Dalian, EQBM and Soma aren't worth spit.

so it was all based on Dalian getting done?

And the reverse merger, IMO, is a bad idea for the EQBM shareholders. I believe that losses already incured will be exponentially greater if/when that happens. I believe if this deal is done, where SOMA "acquires" EQBM through a reverse merger, SOMA will go down, not up, and if JR is right, and Dalian is the only thing going, it is not much to go on.

But, I guess being in the Greys is not much better. but .005 is not bad, considering that this was a bottom for the stock for so long. I guess there is no success in trading it. I don't know guys. It is a sticky situation.
