mak - The inability for ATWT to sell new shares into the float expired this March. There was a 6 mo period where they needed to wait before selling more shares, as they had reached their $1 million funds raised cap sometime in Sep-06... as I understand it they recently regained their right to sell new shares, and Alex wasted absolutely NO time in beginning to do just that.
