All your jumping to conclusions what a joke! In 7 long years there's been more ties to sheet that never happened. IBM, orchid, BIOF 49% ownership, nasdaq listings, etc, all kinds of hype and ties and where is at? Sub-penny with 20/1 reverse split to boot. Take all your speculation and hype put it in a jar add some water. Then take that jar full of water pour it on your head to cool off from being so over heated with all your HYPEing! When something is ready DNAG will let us know all in due time. By the way the restructuring you mentioned may not be in the shareholders best interests.
