So, if "the stock can be immediately freetrading and sold into the float if they so desire" as of Sept 2006, it could translate into a larger actual float than the one currently posted at some point. Heck it's so unbelieveably low right now, there's little doubt in my mind some of this could be happening already. I can't complain when it drives the PPS up though. If restricted shares get dumped into the market and drive the price up, what's the worst that could happen? All the recent filings look by the book. I see peeps posting about the "Q" and such, but the laundry is already done, imo. I wonder what kind of ideas a new board will bring to the table?

Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Court Order, on September 8, 2006, the Company issued new common stock: 25,000,000 new shares of restricted common stock to investors, and 29,800 common shares to certain creditors.

Can the court order the stock to be restricted and if they do so will it override a normal exemption?

Yes I see, Thank You..

So if they hold on to their shares and don't sell any, we should be good to go..
