Shorting is a perfectly valid method of trading, I have
no problem with it at all. 'Naked' shorting, or let's just
call it what it is, counterfeiting, that should be fought
with all possible means.
I also don't have a problem with pink sheet trading. As
far as I'm concerned it's just a stock market for the
little guys (and for some crooks too, but you also see
those on the big markets, so what's the difference?
I mean do you really think that Sarbanes Oxley makes
the crooks less crooked?)
