I do! ;) This would be a perfect OTCBB Reporting shell to roll-into our Audited Assets of $ Billions in AURC, Thereby Instantaneously up-listing AURC and converting it to 'Fully-Reporting Status and justifying then the fair market value of assets/licenses held and forcing delivery of the suitor stock by those who are short. ;)

The point is "What could they offer". THEY HAVE NOTHING. A simple rollover to gain a listing just leaves the stockholders holding the "sometime in the future" empty bag. Everyone on the AURC board are already counting all the money they are going to make on this buy-out. What a disappointment if this is the way it comes out.
