There seems to be an abundance of evidence against Briner and his associates.

Why Briner chose to go about it the way he did might have something to do with the idea that while he was trying to build credibility on one front, he got very sloppy and it opened doors on another. He has left many loose ends scattered all over the place.

In many respects, John Briner reminds me of the convicted stock fraud, grand theft and forgery felon Patrick Downs, the CEO of IDWD.

Downsie has always gotten himself in more trouble because of the image he has tried to build to pull off his scams. As people discovered the image was created on false information, they looked deeper into the real crimes he has committed.

The Briner gang didn't do anything to WHKA that they were not willing to do to their own shareholders at GDVM When adjusted for January 10th reverse split, GDVM has lost darn near 100% of its value just since last December.

is that what you call falling from 68 bucks to 1.65? i just did some checking. in november of last year, global hyped a special dividend in whka to their shareholders which caused a rally in global stock. then they announced the special dividend would not take place and they would reverse split global instead.

it was a complete screw job that rivals anything i have seen out of some of the sorst scammers in penny stocks. global shareholders were wiped out except for the briners who must have walked away unscathed.

this is a big time scam alert.

last year november the stock was at what? 3.00 max given the 52 week record

nortel was at $150 and went to 80c. is the sec investigating this company

neither one of you are even close. adjusted for the 1 for 250 reverse split, the stock was trading at 300+ per share last november and december. on 12/29, for example, the split adjusted high was 335.00 and the low was 330.00 per share

briner pulled a real good one when he did that to his shareholders after pumping the dividend he never gave them. global has been a terrible investment for its shareholders. briner made sure they were all taken out of it and left with nothing for all intents and purposes.

since 12/29/06, gdvm has lost 99.5% of its value. this doesn't just stink, it reeks.

it gets much worse too. when global developments, inc. went into the shell they now occupy on june 7, 2006, the reverse split adjusted price was 2502.49 per share.

by the time they filed their first 10qsb for the june quarter of 2006, the split adjusted price was 257.00 per share. it then rallied to a split adjusted high of 345.00 per share on 12/19/06 on the whka dividend hype and hype from the company's 10sb12g filing with the sec on 11/28/06

very slimey charley. these crooks are so bad they didn't even let their shareholders know about the 1/10/07 reverse split until late on 1/09/07. no one had a clue it was coming. john scumbag briner just did it to them.

he bent them over and shoved it in.
