Definitive agreements are not 'as sure as anything in life'. I posted awhile ago about another company cancelling 2 definitive agreements.

USSE just terminated a signed definitive merger agreement (4-2-07).

AERO or FCCN can terminate the agreement at any time.

Thats great! I feel it's a done deal! just steady as she goes. My brother is waiting for funds to clear to add another 1mm shares he will be happy if the fins come out on friday....
