Thanks for the feedback. I guess I thought with all that is in the pipeline for this company, they wouldn't have so much trouble borrowing money at a decent interest rate as the risk shouldn't be that great for the lender. I guess I was hoping that the banks would look at the company the same way we do.
HANUMAN, excellent point. Also, I would rather they sell tresaury shares than do those TOXIC CONVERTIBLE CD's IMO. I hope cygx management do not go the cd route to raise funds. I pray they don't as I have a lot of money invested in this stock for some CD vulture to come along and steal it from me.
Arnold and CYGX longs.......Hanuman has said it all in regards to financing. A bank loan would not be good. The addition to the "shelf" for future financing is the very best way of approaching the problem of cash. It also brings several other advantages - a counter measure to a hostile take over (while none are known now - how do we really know and wait till April when the Herpes Rx goes IND) and the shares to acquire other BioTech companies which increase the value of CYGX and aid its advancement. Any downside is more than offset by upside many times. The board is abit nervous and it is highly contagious. Nothing has changed - we (CYGX) still have the only clear cut patent in the area of ssDNA expression vector. CYGX is addressing multiple areas of pathology which will generate billions of dollars of revenue down the road. The stock will trade at some point in advance of these events. Rumors of NA's - what will it be? - there are any number of possibilities out there. We do know the Dr.Yin Chen's article on a genetic RX of spesis will be published in a few weeks in Biochemistry Journal exposing this revolutionary method of Rx to the entire medical and scientific world. Thats something big to look forward too. Lets concentrate on the knowns which are very good and the posters such as "Thalio" who are giving us good information - own the stock - and don't have distorted agendas. Best to all - Rick
