Like I said, I bought back in December, when the board
did NOT say that there were 27 MM shares OS. The board
DD said that there were 12 MM OS.
If a reverse merger is done with someone, there is no
way that the 27 MM OS will remain at that number. No
company is going to give 25 % or 50 % of their company
away, just for the opportunity of going public.
This means that either a R/S has to happen, or the
newly issued shares have to be in the 250 - 300 MM range.
With 300 MM OS, there is no way that the stock is going
to trade in the dollarland, as you say.
