PLX – Good to know we are in agreement. One reason I don’t think a higher valuation is warranted is that there should be a significant minority-shareholder discount when a company is majority-owned by insiders.
Moreover, the parent company is incorporated in Florida rather than Delaware, and hence it does not offer as much protection to minority shareholders as a Delaware corporation. Regards, Dew
