I do not think RECAF will be certified for early detection of cancer just as that test will not be certified that way. It will go into trials as a monitoring test for cancer and be labeled for that purpose. As Bocxman mentioned, certifying a test for early detection could be a nightmare and probably will not happen. What will happen is that doctors will know its capabilities and use it off label if it proves effective.
As was qouted on your cancer today, lots of markers are touted as great but never seem to meet expectations.
