Yes, I agree on that point, Payroll Expense, if presented that way would have to have substantiation from outsourced co. But can be classified as other expenses or misc. expenses. If an audit were to come up, the company would have to have on file all revelant documentation pertaining to payroll. Otherwise the company is responsible for all that that goes with payroll. Same as subcontractor, must have proof of insurance, and delivered a 1099? I think we are on the same page.
