I thought they gave up on the consortium and just decided to buy out the conmpanies that had merit. No point in buying up gbmr when all they have to do is stand back and wait for shepard to drive it into bankruptcy, then they can buy EOUT for $3,000,000 and avoid all the "baggage". ;0)
That contract is half way over. Perhaps they really needed the Beecom and Fiecom but the rest was just fluff?
