I told you all...they never met a date they could hit.

I have been dealing with these folks longer than almost everyone here.

The missing of dates by these guys is so pervasive it is SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

A few missed dates every now and again is normal. I think Harvard Square's opening might be the only one they have met.

All that said...I do think they are trying to do what they say they are.

What the REPEATED roadblocks are I have no idea. Eventually in business you get a reputation that WILL impact other companies and investors desire to do business with you.

It is a wait and see game in regards to UPZS.

Although I am not by any means a relic I was raised when many people were still doing business on a handshake. When someone made claims they either backed them up or they lost their credibility completely. If you didn't come through on your word in a timely fashion they used words like undependable and liar.

I said it many times before, giving your word and keeping it is everything. It is my opinion that there are people on the sidelines watching and waiting to invest in this stock but they don't feel UPZS is completely credible at this point (no thanks to FC).


I have been reluctant to put any more money into UPZS. I have put money elsewhere until UPZS comes through - IF they come through. IMO.

I do pay close attention to UPZS and the daily price. IMO there is nothing wrong with that, they have given me good reason to watch what happens. I watch closer when I lack trust. I believe in EXECUTED business plans not promises.
