i think that is that 94 millions out of 394 millions waiting to be cancelled. That is just a round up to 100. That's how I got from that sentence.

So still 245 will be left in the float.

Supposed that 100 is different than that 94 millions waited, that leaves us with

245 - 100 = 145 in float. Still that is not 115 millions.

Just exactly what side of the fence are you on. The way your last post is worded it's as if you think the Co. has something to do with the missing certs.Seeding doubt in a stock you're in makes no sense.
