I am assuming that you refer to the Vortex Trading Program. I was thinking that there was a 90-day time clock installed but that could have applied only to programs for people that participated my Dutch language Vortex Method e-mail course.
For your information, I still have a special running that will allow you to reactivate the program via a Code Number for only Euro 25 + Euro 10 administration fee. For this price there is however no private Backup support, except for eliminating bugs, if you would discover one.
I feel however that the Instruction Manual/Help File is clear enough for getting quite used to the program. Questions on program operation would, of course, be answered in detail on this Discussion Board.
