And you're absolutely right. That's why I was so glad to see baseball on today, and see that the Tonight Show, Letterman, and the Daily Show are going to have programming tonight. The whole point of those attacks was to make us change our way of life, to make us suffer. The best way we can answer is to laugh and cheer again. As Joni Mitchell said In "I Think I Understand", "Forgetting fear, but NEVER disregarding her". Someone less empathic said "The best revenge is a successful life". So, we go on.

Glad that you are back home. You are certainly more brave than I. There is no way that I could get on a plane. If I can't get their by car, train, bus or boat..well I just won't go.

The thing that terrified me the most is that, of those polled, 58% of the people support "Special Security checks for Arabs, including US citizens, before boarding airplanes". 49% support "Special ID for Arabs, including US Citizens"

Interesting. I've been waiting for them to come and tattoo a bar-code on my arm or something similar. Fortunately for me by Federal law the furnaces will have to be built using Union labor...
