From what i have heard, the REAL Globex Mining Enterprises (GLBXF) has threatened litigation against GLOBEX INC. (GLXI) unless they changed their name. Hence the reason why they are changing to Umining Resources.

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. is a Canadian exploration company with a North American portfolio of properties with gold, copper, zinc, silver, platinum, palladium, magnesium and talc potential. The Wood-Pandora, a 50/50 gold-exploration joint venture program, commenced during the year ended December 31, 2004, with Globex as operator.
