you meaning the current OS is 4 billion? 5 billion @ .0001 is 500K. Does the company have that kind of money to spend? Then why would they print 10K at ask followed by 10 million @ bid? I noticed your question about the TA. Have you called them and they told you the OS is 4 billion? TIA
