Last year TIV filed it on 3/31. I guess technically they have until 3/31. I'm not sure what happens if that's on a Saturday, if they file Saturday, or have to file a day early, or are allowed to wait until the following Monday due to the weekend being involved.
The 10-K numbers itself would be very unlikely to contain information about 1Q07 flow rate numbers. However, ofttimes a company's management will take advantage of this opportunity to communicate with shareholders and include some comments about recent events in any PR announcing the filing of the 10-K, or sometimes even in the Management's Discussion section, like I saw in a couple of past 10Q's.
