If you haven't noticed, AAPL is now a "media titan." And stockholders appear to be enjoying every minute of it.
You can argue over the definition of "media titan" if you wish, but Apple IS the vessel/enabler for the creators of media content (whom I referred to as the "media titans") to gouge consumers.
No, it doesn't surprise me that many AAPL stock holders "appear to be enjoying every minute of it" as you say. Just as there are many MSFT shareholders who "enjoy every minute of" Microsoft's raping of the hostage customer base which gets gouged for their products. I guess personal values and moral standards often are subject to hipocrisy in societies like ours, LOL.
