My understanding is that Nutmeg received millions for its capital contribution but have sold most of its position to initially bring the price down for the takeover...now it is liquidating and there is some other liquidation going on, but as I have stated previously, the majority of investors are long term and can weather the liquidation...Also here is a link to a third party PR: enjoy this from the National Hydrogen Meeting
