My take for Monday is quite different:
Yes, it is true dividents are important but they are only one dimension of ACMG. 30 million buyback, a takeover by SIAM, future aggrements with BHL are other dimensions to it.
I am sure that there are lots of people who is waiting in sidelines until the interview. They are hesitant because they are skeptics of ACMG and its management. So i think if the interview is conducted successfully, if Alex presented his vision truthfully and convincingly, we could possibly see a great rally on Monday. Of course it all depends on Alex's abilities to present himself and his vision. IMHO

chuck, If you own, do not sell until you see the additional shares in your account. You need to own this stock when they are distributed to get them. IMO

I hope you guys understand that owning tomorrow will definitely NOT get you any dividends. You either had to own on Tuesday, allowing for 3 days of settlement BEFORE the record date... or possibly, the ex-date could be set to the payment day, which will not be tomorrow or Monday, but probably in a few weeks. Tomorrow, the record date, is irrelevant to the dividend. I know it's confusing but these are the only two possible scenarios based on my experience.

I would say IMO but this is fact and I know how dividends work quite well. I just don't want people to hold IF the price starts heading down and not reap rewards.

Until the SEC and the company clarify the Ex-date, we won't know if the ex-date has passed, or is in the future.

Hey Chuck,

Don't know if you were congratulated on your Monday dump call but congrats none the same albeit for different reasons. Realistically it wasn't pleasant watching the bottom fall out at the time but since a couple of days have passed now and nothing will change the reaction, it would appear silence is NOT golden in this case, lol. Apparently the good Doctor didn't say the right things, nor the wrong things, or obviously, anything. With the negative spin put into Alex's lack of an appearance it would appear that was enough to spook the skittish anyway, so be it. I don't think he could have said anything to counter the fearful anyway. After all, this is a scam!
