Why is it bad news? I thought it was just a result of switching accountants. It happened last year before they had their biggest run.

I know, its more frustrating news then anything. They just can't get their financials out on time. I thought about selling and going back in but I'm going to hold - just in case they do release a strong PR. Its 4AM in the morning in Hong Kong, unless they are filing from the LA office they're working late.
