Well I'm guessing that NMCH is late filed already, NMKT will have to file late as well due to Newmarket China having to be consolidated into NMKT's books.

Only makes sense.

But I'm really interested to see how the 10k for NMKT gets presented and how the market reacts.

With all the positive buzz, $1.25 may not be that far away.

For a high risk investment 3-5 times return is not uncalled for.
