If you research the sandcar builders you will find that they are custom built per customer. XTMS has gotten away from that with interchangeble parts which allows dealers to floor cars letting the customer add what they want. You can buy your car right now from a dealer then customize it during the coarse of your ownership. To me its the smith & wesson approach to building sandcars.

You do your own homework. Look at the company and if you like it, buy. If you dont, move on. No one can tell you what to do.

Chart

IMO

I've only been invested for a month or so and became interested based on the PRs. I think the value at 0.002 is ridiculous even if the A/S was fully diluted (which would put this at $1.8MM). We know for a fact that the current (as of 3/21) O/S is about 540MM (see IBOX), which would value the company at $1MM.

Now, they are still in the process of lowering the O/S - waiting for shares to be returned.

I'm basing my decision on the value and I think 0.002 is too low. What is the fair value? It's hard to tell at this point without financials, but from what I've been led to believe, PINKSHEETS.COM will be updated and will include financials (I would say in April as their fiscal year ends in March).

charthopper. I believe Mr. McCaa took control recently...
He explained it in the recent interview but I don't recall exactly what he said. The company was founded by his father and another relative in 1983. The father died a few years ago and Mr. McCaa bought control in the company a year or two ago. I believe it was his idea to bring the company public. My guess is that Mr. McCaa has much bigger plans for the company than former family owners and he is just beginning to see the effects of his efforts of the past couple of years. We are just at the beginning of explosive movement upwards IMO.
