I'm not sure he can get away with it. He pr'd it saying GZFX was investing the money. The money was made off selling shares. I have a feeling some lawyers might get some work off of this.

gzfx would have reported that information in a filing.

They did not and pr's that information.

One example why the sec looks hard into something like this.

Joe blow company could put out statements that they received x contracts worth 1 billion dollars and then it never happened.

The stock increases on that news and it never happened.

A public company would have to file in order to inform current and potential investors.
