Well now maybe some folks will believe the things I have been saying along. Did anyone note in Appendix A (schedule A or whatever it’s called) where Dave states he sold the Prospeed GS610 for $1.13 (give or take) a unit? Did you know that is something like 45-50% of actual production cost? And I'll bet you didn't know that Comar Performance had actually made a previous offer in the $4-$5 a unit range. Now tell me what kind of guy receives an offer for $4/unit and counters with a $1.13/unit offer? Only someone that (1) needs the cash that fast, and (2) knows there is something better in the wings and this will really not affect him.
Wouldn't Dave's & TB's actions constitute insider trading? And for that matter wouldn't selling product for below cost when it wasn't necessary be a breach of his fiduciary duties as the CEO?
Think about it.
BTW, that last section of the filing where Dave states I have been making untrue and misleading statements on these forums, how can my statments be misleading when he confirms everything I've said in the public filing? The untruths Dave has publically spewed on the world is truely disgusting. And if any of you think for a moment he feels in the least bad about this, you're just kidding yourself.
