you're the one paying to be here - your call. IMO - David had NOTHING else going, and had no choice but to take shares in whatever becomes of MSEM. He, like many of us, will sell his shares as soon as his exit price has been reached.

Good riddance, as far as he and his wife are concerned.
The farther away from public companies they go, the better.
