I think Lubrizol slipped in when there wasn't so much shadiness. I appreciate you posting that. I am familiar with their company. Nice reference for PRO also.

Speculater, I like your company example and you can have instant references because it has happened recently. It makes me think about what had happened with Seitel Inc.(used to be SELA.OB) since they bought out the shareholders. This was not the same scenario and is clearly stated that shareholders need not worry about anything. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel. That being said, where is an article or factoid that states "97% of OTC companies are bogus"?

I have heard this being thrown around for years but never really have seen anything really concrete that backs up that statement. Whatcha got Specs?

I hate to have to ban the OTC from my future stock catalog and would like to have a better, more open-minded approach with them. that would, of course include potentially buying into PLRO again. Not till I see some results though as I am a skeptic.
