Putting this in perspective, if ia&d is looking to go public via
the MSEM shell, this could be huge. It appears the ia&d is a major player throughout the world (especially in China) in development, engineering, planning, etc.

I'd love to know their revenues - wouldn't be surprised to see the revenues are in excess of 25mil a year (IMO).

If MSEM "absorbs" ia&d, I wonder what it would do to the SP.

Just thinking out loud. Anyone else doing the same??
