Working for business interests is one thing, but that's not what you're talking about.

While I express no opinion as to this stock or the person you mentioned (as I only know some of the allegations), I do think that the Pinks need cleaned up, so I understand your frustration there. Pink Sheets LLC claims to be trying to do that, but their efforts seem to be geared to making money for themselves. I think they should link to 15c211s for free, not charge companies whatever absurd amount it is that they want.

The other problem is the control market makers have which prevent eligible companies from being listed on the Pink Sheets. This makes empty worthless crap shells worth money and they shouldn't be. People can buy an empty Pink Sheets shell and start their own printing press, and other companies that have a bona fide purpose for being on the Pink Sheets can't get on even with all the necessary prerequisites because no market maker wants to deal with it -- yet the same brokers are helping people dump.

There's a place for pinkies, and companies that lack fundamental information should not be trading. At a minimum, the transfer agents should be required to make share counts readily available along with company contact information. If a transfer agent doesn't have real contact information, the t/a should be required to advise the SEC and a suspension should occur until contact information is updated.

You have companies that were dissolved still trading along with a bunch of other games. It's kind of irritating.
