JCryan ~ That was somewhat of a 'back-handed' holiday wish for Roger, don't you think?
Personally, I think it was most gracious of him to wish us all a Happy Thanksgiving. He's not living in American. May not even be American.
Your post to him was a bit embarrassing, in my opinion. Although I am not a vegetarian, there is nothing wrong with being one, and an untold number of people may not even have macaroni and cheese to eat for their holiday meal.
I do suggest you think long and hard about your blessings ~ and do it every day! Don't wait until tomorrow to start.
p.s. I'd like to believe you meant better than your post struck me.
