Thank you for asking. She is doing well. She had surgery, radiation therapy and chemo. The oncologist believes that they got all of it, but her course is complicated by the fact that she has Rheumatoid Arthritis, and the medication she takes for that causes her immune system to be compromised. That caused chemo to be a bit of an ordeal. The oncologist thinks that may have contributed to the cancer in the first place. Her prognosis is good, and for that, my entire family is truly thankful.

I would also to take this opportunity, in the spirit of thanksgiving, to thank all of the other friends here who have expressed their thoughts and prayers in support of my daughter and her ordeal. I am very thankful for the true friends I have made here.

I would also like to offer a heart-felt and sincere wish for a happy thanksgiving to everyone here. Though we have our differences, we all have the same goal, and I wish everyone the best of success.
