yeah...and what about that guy they were using as 'interim' CFO, who "was doing a fine job"? Anyone remember who he is, and where he came from? Whoever it was, remember, it was he that was working on the Sarbanes-Oxley stuff, someone posted that, before the last earnings came out...and the GE stuff, too....someone has been doing the job 'as-if'....
