There's always someone who thinks they can make a buck, regardless of the PPS or the situation a company is in. And a lot of them do. Its like when you see a buying frenzy in a company that just declared bankruptcy, if youre quick enough you can play the dead cat bounce. Youve just got to be good and lucky, more lucky in some cases. there's always that speculation too. There was a company a friend of mine was in a few weeks ago. It had been all but defunct for 10 years. Then someone came in a bought the shell and it went up something like 6000% in just a few days! You just never know.
