I bet it is a good thing that is going to happen to this company going forward. Why else would Brehm restructure his note and Keaveney take stock as part of the transaction? The run-ups in the past couple of months were probably part of this strategy. I mean MSEM is debt-free now, a very good thing. Plop a nice business in here and the puppy will run upwards. I am thinking that Keaveney might have done all of us shareholders a good thing by structuring this in the way that he did. These are my thoughts -

Thanks for the postings last night. I agree. The new CEO would not have paid 200k into the company and clean up all the debt for the fun of it. I think that there is a lot more to come.
