CML.v - I think the PP was a terrific deal for Crowflight, and encourages me even more for the future of this company. I am used to private placements of startup companies that are terrible, usually selling shares well below the market price with tons of warrants at low prices. This PP, instead, sells shares at .80 and 1.00, when the stock had closed the day before the announcement at .80 and was well below that during the entire period that the deal was being put together. And the only warrants, an amount much less than the total shares issued, have a strike price way out of the money, and only a one-year duration.

To put up money in a deal like that, the firms buying the stock and units must have been pretty sure that CML is going to succeed with the mine on schedule. If they thought there was much chance of glitches in opening the mine, their warrants would not be worth much.
