I really don't know the answer...I can only GUESS.....

we have to remember that there are 350 BILLION shares of this in existence....probably over 45% of that in float....so, what we see is 2 things....MM's touching up books to make it neat and make it all seem like it balances.....

but, mostly.....I think it's the UNINFORMED....ya gotta remember that as silly as it sounds....there are plenty of people who never heard of QBID.....look at the puny volume....it's a joke.....they see the .0001 and think they are going to double up to .0002...they're just taking a shot....gambling....little do they know.....
