They have been independently audited EARL M. COHEN I posted his address and phone number here, have you called him with your questions on authentisity? As far as the proforma goes I am still waiting for CRIAG LITNER to send them to me, as soon as I have them so will you. AS far as sell off that you speak of, it is only your word on here, you havn't given any proof or show any incriminating evidence. The methological sell off that you speak of is DEVKEN INC selling off there shares, you should do some invetigating on there company and see what you come up with.
