I doubt that. The SEC doesn't have the power to force companies to close their doors.

Okay, the doors are still open so provide me with substantiated information on how it is paying for operations and employees, buying product to resell. Dilution maybe? Loans maybe? Specific sales maybe? Come on Knowles, it is obvious your changed attitude is predicated on some acquired knowledge IMHO. We're all eyes and ears here waiting to be enlightened, waiting to hear how we'll get our money back.

The SEC saw enough to charge Mr Plant and the company with alleged securities fraud. The FBI arrested him on charges of alleged securities fraud. So I think I saw what the SEC and FBI saw, and you have not.
