I'm not aware of any way to plot a SMA of highs or lows on a chart. But I'm sure you could probably set up a scan in the advanced scan engine, as you can select it as an indicator, ie, close or high or low. Thus I'm sure you could create a SMA of that indicator.

Not sure what you are trying to do??
