Did you ask them why they are not accepting your orders?
Last time I asked it was the same rhetoric: "we suspect suspicious trading activities etc etc and which to protect the shareholders etc etc." I had that happen last time I was trying to buy bhub a while ago, as you know it turns out the suspicious trading activities were from the naked shorting MMs
easy recourse = don't use any turd that doesn't let you trade online with them. i ditched eturd long ago.
