Tell me what you feel was illegal in this.
Honest question I think. As for "no get rich quick" schemes I agree. What about us that think of the possibility of the long term.. ie over 1 year. Granted I could've waited a year or 2 and saw what transpired in that time, but you know what, most of the time when I find out about something it's too late to join the gravy train. Now if all the smoke they blew regarding patents, board members, ect is just smoke and mirrors, fine, I'll whine then.
As to OTC and pinks sheets especially, might as well buy lottery tickets... :) but one never knows. I've seen the OTC pump and dump pitches for years, and avoided every one. Why is this one diffent? Haven't got a clue.... but if they needed my cash to get off the ground, so be it. I wouldn't have given it any other way.
Give me a 30-40% in 2 years and I'm ahead of the game in regards to my normal track record in "prime" stock picks. Kind of sad ehhhh.... So I'll wait till April 15th and see the ink dry on the SEC filings and decide then. May have to dollar cost average at that point but....... maybe I should start that now. Anyways don't take any thing I say as being any kind of guru, far from it. Just taking an uncharacteristic chance....

There were a few people here who cautioned everyone to exit long before the huge losses.

Not everyone on the boards are pumpers or bashers. Some folks actually just read the writing on the wall and post an opinion regarding such.

You can trade and profit in PK and BB but it is all about timing the game.
