The court case against the Mississippi bank begins April 10, 2007 and the suit against the lawyers representing the pit owners is on going from what I read. The lawyers representing the pit owner have been and are still attempting to get information regarding the pit from PBLS.
Fortunately PBLS has the legal right to proceed working the pit until the middle of next year unrestricted.
Since PBLS is suing because of interference by the owners, they are not going to give any information that might damage their position. I am sure PBLS has to give information regarding royalties, but may be dragging their feet concerning future revenue........ as we know they can.
