As I understand it when a 10KSB and a 10QSB coincide the 10KSB negates the 10QSB, is that not the case here. Also the 10KSB has to be filed within 90 days of the end of year and it may contain information apertaining to any upcoming 8KSB filing. Maybe I'm wrong, no worries!
